Stacy Neiman, originally Anastasia Smirnova, is a dynamic individual with Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish heritage. She divides her time between Russia, Italy, and global travels. A fitness enthusiast, she hits the gym four times a week, emphasizing discipline.

Her school years were marked by athletic achievements, including athletics, archery, swimming, and sports ballroom dancing. Stacy is passionate about charity work and dog shelters, often working alongside her mother. Modeling is another facet of her life.

In addition to her real estate career in Moscow, Stacy holds an engineering degree and is pursuing one in finance, valuing the idea that money should work for you. Childhood dreams also beckon, and she's taking acting lessons to make them a reality. Stacy is a multi-faceted individual who embraces life's adventures to the fullest.

As a child, you were engaged in athletics, archery swimming, and ballroom dancing. Which of these do you still practice?

I am still practicing all of them – when I have time for it. At the same time, I am always trying to find something new to enjoy.  For example, my latest discovery was climbing. I was surprised at how hard it is, but that’s what makes it even more interesting. 

Anastasia, how important is a healthy lifestyle to you? Tell us about your daily sports routine.

I can’t say that my lifestyle is super healthy, considering my daily schedule, but I do what I can. My sports routine includes 4 strength training sessions per week alongside 2-3 times cardio sessions.  Apart from that, I’m trying out some new activities so it doesn’t feel too much like a routine. Of course, nothing is going to work without nutrition control: but I’m not keeping to any diet right now. With time, I learned to listen to what my body needs and follow that gut instinct.  It wasn’t a fast and easy way to learn but I’m glad that finally I achieved it. 
I never smoked and it has been already a year since I cut any alcohol from my life (even a glass of wine during dinner).  There was no particular reason for this, just that I didn’t feel good about anymore about drinking. 

Alongside modeling, you also work as a real estate agent. How did you get into this sphere of work?

It started with my wish to get my own apartment. I spent hours and hours researching different websites, checking what’s available on the market, why some types of houses are better than others, what affects their value, etc. Because I didn’t have the experience of course I hired an agent to help me with documents and transactions. During that period, I was involved in the research process a lot and asked many questions, so my agent saw a big interest from my side and offered me a part-time job as an assistant to help me learn. A few years after that, I became an agent myself and am still enjoying it with the same passion as in the beginning. 

You have a degree in engineering but are also getting a degree in finance. Why?

A while ago, I realized that making money isn’t the only important thing. 
More important is to save money and make it work for you. 
Of course, it would be much easier and faster to get a financial advisor, but I like to understand all the details myself. I can’t just trust someone my money without having a clue what’s going on. I prefer to take on the responsibility myself.

You are currently working on making your childhood dream of becoming an actress come true. Tell us a little bit more about this.

Yeah, for many years I forgot about this dream. Because first, you have to get a degree then you have to find a stable job and all this kind of adult stuff.  But then I realized that I had forgotten what I really wanted since I was a child.  Now that I have a stable job and achieved many goals maybe it’s time to follow my childhood dream. Even if it doesn’t work, at least I won't have any regrets later for not trying!
