Swarovski Presents the 'VENUS' Campaign by Steven Meisel

Designed by creative director Giovanna Engelbert, the new Swarovski campaign is inspired by the iconography of Venus, the goddess of beauty, love, fertility and spring nature.

A brilliant metamorphosis. Swarovski's new " METAMORPHOSIS " campaign created by Giovanna Engelbert interprets a series of otherworldly creatures, celebrating the Swarovski Florere, Idyllia, Gema, Dextera and Millenia jewelery families, with a focus on tropical flora and fauna with artistic make-up by Pat McGrath . A series of four portraits taken by Steven Meisel representing the personalities of the butterfly, parrot, pineapple and turtle celebrating the wonder of the natural world.

Inspired by Swarovski's Austrian heritage, the new campaign references the magical garden rooms created by Empress Maria-Theresa in Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna in the 18th century. A crystal garden where jewels melt and transform into fantastic creatures. The protagonists are represented with a series of hypnotic portraits that convey the idea of ​​savoir-faire of jewelery families.

Let yourself be transported into a magical world told through timeless elegance with the new Swarovski jewelery campaign for the spring summer 2024 collection, inspired by the iconography of Venus and signed by the creative director of the historic Maison Giovanna Engelbert.

Thus the iconic Venus, goddess of beauty, love, fertility and spring nature, comes to life with a whole new light, embracing contemporary values ​​such as strength, female emancipation, creativity and an innate class. This is the heart of the campaign story by iconic photographer Steven Meisel , featuring a stellar cast of supermodels including Irina Shayk , Fei Fei Sun , Imaan Hammam , Karlie Kloss and Abby Champion .

Each of these wonderful muses perfectly embodies every different facet of modern beauty and femininity, with a collection inspired by the universe of the deep. In fact, in this imagery we find shapes and colors typical of the marine world (corals, shells, seahorses and starfish).
