Top 5 luxury brands for your home
Who says your favorite living room chair can't be Gucci? And the Louis Vuitton table? Yes, this is a new reality and new collections. Where big brands create decor and furniture no worse than everyone's favorite furniture factories.
1. GUCCI
For those who love the "new retro" home decor from Gucci is perfect. The beloved style of Alessandro Michele and his vision of Gucci can now be observed both in the form of furniture and tableware.
Even before the COVID-19 crisis, the fashion house even opened a pop-up shop exclusively for its household utensils on Via Santo Spirito in Milan, offering to try "augmented reality technologies" there. Also on the site you can find wallpapers with original prints in the corporate style. Such things are immediately remembered and become the main accent in the interior.
2. Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton has devoted a lot of attention to decor over the years, thus attracting home lovers to their brand. Collaborating with great product designers, Louis Vuitton's décor and furnishings have always been original. For example, at the last Salone Del Mobile 2019 in Milan, the French fashion house presented the Objets Nomades collection of furniture and decor. The presentation took place at Pallazzo Serbelloni and was simply a grandiose event for all connoisseurs of beautiful furniture and design.
3. HERMES
Hermès Home offers a multitude of things to create an original character for your home, from elegant sun loungers to printed backgammon games, beautiful ashtrays and immediately recognizable shades in vases and mirrors.
4. VERSACE HOME
Versace first launched its luxury home decor collection in 1992, first introducing fabrics and tableware and then expanding to a wide range of home furnishings, from bedding to wallpaper.
The aesthetics of these pieces are in line with the brand's DNA and the maximalist Baroque style that almost shimmers with gold. Not to mention, the signature Medusa head is used on a variety of household items to give the home that extra Versace touch.
When shopping for Versace décor, don't forget to grab a branded skateboard and boxing gloves. After all, what else is needed at home?
5. BALENCIAGA X HARRY NURIEV
While the house has no official line of furniture and décor, Balenciaga showcased its first dive into household items in 2019 at Art Basel Miami, where New York-based Russian designer Garry Nuriyev collaborated with the house to create the sofa. The colorful sofa is made up of the brand's old unsold collections. This approach to clothing recycling has inspired many designers. Unfortunately, we can only dream of a full-fledged collection of furniture from Balenciaga.
