Prepare for an exciting journey as we delve into the latest sensation sweeping social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. This vibrant, baby yellow, non-alcoholic tropical concoction comes with an enticing list of wellness promises.

This drink pledges to:

  • Strengthen your immune system
  • Brighten your skin
  • Enhance digestion
  • Reduce bloating

And that's just the beginning.

We had our reservations, especially upon seeing an entire lemon, peel included, heading towards the blender. We expected a bitter, pithy outcome. But much to our surprise, the result was quite the opposite.

The end product? Smooth, scrumptious, and not overly sour or bitter. It feels more like an indulgence than a health drink, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

Want to give it a whirl? Here's how you can make your own Creamy Lemon Olive Oil Elixir:

Recipe Type: Beverage
Dietary Info: Vegan, Gluten-free
Serving Size: 3
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 whole lemon, including peel (Give it a good scrub.)
2 tablespoons high-quality olive oil
2 tablespoons honey (Raw is preferred. The lack of heat in this recipe ensures all the nutrients remain intact!)
1 small knob of ginger (About an inch, peeled)
3 cups of water

Instructions:

Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until thoroughly mixed. The mixture should resemble a slushie with a light yellow hue.

Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a jar, leaving behind the pulp. If you're feeling adventurous, save the pulp for a baking experiment.

Enjoy a cup of the strained elixir, and keep the rest chilled in the fridge for later use!
