Red soles and pure glamour: Christian Louboutin’s SS23 collection shines in bright colors with a lot of chic. But it doesn’t just appeal to women and men. In addition to the stylish pieces for him and her, it’s now “Family First” with LoubiFamily.
The presentation of the Spring/Summer 23 women’s collection in Paris drew fascinated looks from the audience. For the second time, the famous luxury designer staged his creations in a dance performance. The location also contributed to the grandiose flair, because the live show took place in the Gustav-Eiffel-Saal – in the heart of the Eiffel Tower .
A custom glass bridge hung in the center of the room, supported by a red metal frame with the signature Louboutin heart. The performance on the bridge made it possible for the collection to be admired from all perspectives at the same time.

Under the name “The LoubiShow”, 13 dancers presented the new collection of the fashion house in a stirring choreography. The Swiss singer Vendredi Sur Mer accompanied the performance musically and turned the fashion show into a Parisian party .

The women’s collection contains everything a woman’s heart desires – from high heels to sneakers and flats to bags and accessories – just like Ariana Grande : ” Happiness is the same price as red bottoms. ” One definitely becomes happy when looking at the individual pieces. In keeping with spring, the creations are bursting with bright colors and many small details.
The black or light blue calfskin “Lipsita Jane” pumps have been fitted with a gold block heel. The 100 mm stiletto in hot pink satin is decorated with delicate flowers and a bow. Another highlight is the small bag in black, yellow or pink, which is hung with a chunky chain. The colorful designs bring a summer feeling to our wardrobe. We like it, we want it.

But the men’s collection is also impressive. Along with streetwear blog Highsnobiety and its founder David Fischer, Louboutin celebrated the launch of its designs on the roof of the Center Pompidou. A preview of the new “Dune” line was offered with a breathtaking view of the Paris skyline, which fashion designer Christian Louboutin also calls his home.
Characteristic of the Dune line are the high soles with a red border. The collection includes sneakers, loafers, boots and crossbody bags. Even if less so than for the women, the men’s pieces also show some bright colors: the loafer and the booty CL Moc Dune Uomo as well as the Loubifunk bag were presented in orange. Otherwise there are yellow accents and shades of black, blue and sand.
